MIND THERAPHY - COOKING
So today my mind not really in piece... why??? Don't really know, but a bit serabut... so i decided to do something to clear my head.... wat did i decided to do... out of normal routine & never been my interest...... COOKING!!!!!! Wat???? COOKING!!!!! Than i am really out of my mind.... ahahahaha.... so let see, wat did i cook.... here the ingredients & receipe......
Ingredients :-
1/2 kg of beef
Ginger (cut into thin slices)
Garlic (cut into thin slices)
Big Onion (cut into thin slices)
Coconut milk
Rendang powder
Black pepper
1 egg
Italian spices
Prawn paste
A bit of tamarind powder
salt of cos
Chilli's powder
Cooking method :-
Cut the beef into thin slices. Marinate it with black pepper, salt, tamarind powder, chillies powder, rendang powder & italian spices for 1/2 hour. Than fry the beef into full cooking oil. Put the fried beef aside. Using the same cooking oil, but lesser oil... fry garlic, ginger, than put the prawn paste. Stir it. Than pour the coconut milk into the ingredients, leave it for awhile. Put the fried beef & big onion. Stir it.... finally put the egg inside... taste it, not enough salt, put a bit more salt... Jgn byk garam... darah tinggi pulak nnti.....
So wat should i call my dish today.... i must give it a name, but wat..... blm rasa lg actually, lps solat zohor nnti baru nk makan.....
