Diet - 1st day
I already started my diet. Started with dinner yesterday... a cereal mixed with chia seed & waffle.
Today I had :-
* Breakfast - cereal with bread & teh tarik
* Lunch - mushroom soup & wholemeal bread.
* Tea - teh tarik, bread & wholemeal crackers
* Gosh... i am craving for rice...... with sambal belacan & ikan goreng..... sabar ye sayang, demi perut yang dah tua ini.....
