Re-visit doctor

Hahaha, byklah pulak nk update cerita hari ini..... 

Okey, i have to keep a log book on my health progress yeah.... every changes when taking the medicine prescribe must be recorded.  So i did as the doctor said. 

Today i had to go to the clinic, need to inform the doctor, that the medicine prescribe for the blood thinning caused me gastric, which is really very intense & unbearable. So 11 am i left the office to the clinic. 

Surprisingly, less than 10 minutes waiting, i saw the doctor, explained to the doctor.... and doctor said, i have to continue taking the thinning blood med, cause i have a hi-risk of watsoever..... 

So within 30 minutes everything done....

Pesan doktor : No more spicy food, no more oily food & keep record of the food you eat.

My answer : Dear doktor, that is my appetizer, without that, i rather not eating.
