I RAISED MY HAND

I raised my hand

I saw tears in her eyes

She looks sad

But try to hide with her smiles.

I raised my hand

Took hers into mine

Pulled her over me

And held her in my arms

I could feel her body shaking

and her tears wet my shoulder.

I raised my hand

Pushed her apart gently

I looked into her eyes

And she still smile.

I raised my hand

as she took both in hers

Her grab was strong

and she stood tall

with her head raised high

but still there was tears in her eyes.

I raised my hand

Hold her shoulder gently

looked at her knowingly

she nodded gently

and a smile on her face

she whispered softly

Allah is with me.
